Hi! My name is Gloria.

I was born and grew up in Paraguay and moved to Germany when I was 11 years old.

My multicultural background led me to travel early to explore foreign countries and cultures.
This passion took me also several times to Bali. The island became my home in 2013 where I delved deeper into my Yoga practice and completed my first 200h Yoga Teacher Training.
Moving back to Munich in 2015 and drawing on my rich experiences, I finished another 300h advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Embodied Flow™ followed by further trainings in traditional Tantric Hatha, Somatics & Yoga Nidra and a certified Self Mastery Coaching training with Cherryl Duncan. I now work as Yoga & Somatics facilitator and Co-CEO at LOTUSCRAFTS - a beautiful Yoga brand based in Vienna, Austria.
